Some people may not know what the film called Unit-E is about, and I thought about using this blog post as future reference that some viewers may need to look back to.
1. What is Unit-E?
Unit-E is a crossover type fan film where characters from the DC Extended Universe, Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Wars film series (consisting of the original 6 movies and potentially The Clone Wars and Rebels), and Transformers film series all live in the same universe, revolving around the merge of the Justice League, Avengers, Rebel Alliance, and Autobots as they fight against the combined forces of the Decepticons and Galactic Empire, with some DC and Marvel villains taking refuge with them. More characters will join our heroes in future sequels.
2. Who else will be part of the cast?
Apart from some of the MCU newcomers and Arrowverse characters, I am inserting the X-Men characters from Fox's movies, the 2005 Fantastic Four, and the Power Rangers movie reboot. I can't do requests or polls as I'm sure people would only want to see characters I'm not interested in (Goku, Naruto, Undertale or Overwatch).
3. Who will not be in the movies and why?
I will keep the list brief while still having enough information for anyone wondering who won't be in the movie:

3. Who will not be in the movies and why?
I will keep the list brief while still having enough information for anyone wondering who won't be in the movie:
- General Zod (he died in Man of Steel and was killed again as Doomsday in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice; his minions aren't coming back either)
- El Diablo (he died in Suicide Squad, likely never coming back)
- Enchantress (her evil heart was destroyed, June Moone will likely do a cameo)
- Ra's Al Ghul (magical powers do not fit with Unit-E's space opera theme, what with the technology of Star Wars and Transformers being dominant)
- Talia Al Ghul (same reasons with her father apply with Talia)
- Reverse Flash (planning on using DCEU version of character if made to go with the movie)
- Jason Todd (more would be revealed about him once Ben Affleck's/Matt Reeves's The Batman goes more into him)
- Nightwing (Wait for McKay to work on his movie)
- Several Gotham characters (unless I find the right ones)
- Doctor Strange (doesn't fit with technological side, even if Marvel Studios proved me wrong)
- Quicksilver (hard for him to fit with modern Magneto, especially with MCU version)
- Scarlet Witch (same reasons for QS apply here)
- Iron Monger (died in Iron Man)
- Whiplash (died in Iron Man 2)
- Iron Fist (doesn't fit)
- Luke Cage (doesn't fit)
- Elektra (doesn't fit, though Daredevil set for sequel)
- Punisher (would add nothing to space opera theme of the movie)
- Mandarin (died in Iron Man 3)
- Ghost Rider (hell bent theme doesn't fit with space opera)
- Agent Carter (too generic)
- Yellow Jacket (died in Ant-Man)
- Zemo (lame villain, not to mention I don't like Captain America Civil War)
- Deadpool (I know people would want him, but he doesn't fit well with the tone of the movie, though he could do a cameo)
- William Stryker (died)
- Kitty Pride (doesn't fit)
- Jubilee (doesn't fit)
- Negasonic Teenage Warhead (doesn't fit)
- Psylocke (she only existed in the past)
- Blob (doesn't fit)
- Legion (doesn't exist yet)
- Grand Admiral Thrawn (N/A during OT)
- Ghost crew (same applies)
- The Fallen (too ambitious for the movie)
- Sentinel Prime (rewritten as ghostly mentor for Optimus Prime only)
- Scoponok (no scene that fits him available)
- Frenzy (same reasons with Scorponok here)
- Sam Witwicky (out of place with superheroes and rebels taking over)
- Mikaela Banes (same reasons with Sam)
- Lennox (rebels replace military)
- Epps (similar to Lennox)
That said, there might be some non DC/Marvel/Star Wars/TF/PR characters that could appear in the movie (I want to bring Spawn into the movies). As for the AOE characters, they will be re-purposed for a mostly TF focused story-line.
4. When will the movie be released?
Until I get at least 80% of the movie done, there is no release date yet.
5. Who is going to voice the characters?
The script needs to be made before I find a good cast. I may have to use extensive text to speech, which may sound ridiculous but it'd be better than me doing every single voice.
6. What figures do you plan to use?
I plan on using Lego minifigures for the human characters and regular Transformers for the robots themselves. A fan and friend of mine is expected to let me borrow his figures.
7. How will you plan on creating several locations?
I want to make scenes based on regular scenery in ways done similarly to Wallace and Gromit. I might do CG recreations of some areas and use lighting to make the figures not stick out sorely
8. What will happen in the sequels and potential spin-offs?
In the second movie, when something goes wrong with the Avengers, the X-Men and Power Rangers decide to help Unit-E, along with the new JLA & Avenger members; meanwhile, the Autobots would face a familiar threat. The third movie (which for now has less info) revolves around our heroes hopping into another dimension. As for the spin-offs, I'd like to make some comics based on the events that could occur between each film within the trilogy. I can also make a spin-off focusing on the main 7 JLA/Avengers going against the rise of Thanos and Darkseid, the new members of the Justice League and Avengers interacting with the Rebels cast (OT characters are now in The Empire Strikes Back), and the Autobots going across several TF universes while the Elite Guard from the Movieverse fights against a group of Decepticons, and a potential crossover with characters like Supergirl and Miles Morales.
9. Will you let other people do more spin-off related work?
Maybe, as long as the first film does well.
